Consent Agreement
> I acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participating in these activities, including but not limited to personal injuries such as bruises, cuts, sprains, scrapes, broken bones, concussion or risk of insect bites, stings, or other related injuries or even death, as well as any damage or loss to personal property that may occur on the premises.
> I understand risks above and agree not to hold UGK to be responsible for any such injuries or damages.
> I agree to comply with all campground rules and take full responsibility for my actions, including any damage I may cause to the campground facilities.
> I acknowledge that despite the campground following guidelines from local health authorities to limit exposure to COVID-19 and other communicable diseases, there remains a risk of virus exposure. I further understand that any pre-existing health conditions may increase our vulnerability to the virus.
> I agree to release the campground from any liability for injuries, medical conditions, or expenses arising from insect bites, stings, or related incidents as stated above.
By submitting a booking, you are considered to have accepted these Terms & Conditions along with this Consent Agreement
Failure to provide such information, we may not be able to offer our services
- CHECK-IN TIME is 2 PM.
- CHECK-OUT TIME is before 11AM SHARP.
- The maximum number of guests allowed in a dome is 4 person.
- No non-halal foods/drinks
- No smoking inside the dome 🙏
- Bath towels provided in the chalets are to be used for bathing-related purposes only, and not for any other purposes (e.g. as a rug for cleaning feet, as a cloth to wipe stains off the floor, etc.). Any towel found to be misused, soiled, damaged, or misplaced will be charged at RM150 per piece for replacement.
- Waste material/garbage must be put in dumpster
- Parents or Guardians are responsible for the behavior, safety, and care of children under 18 years old at all times
- Please leave the bathrooms/showers neat and orderly after you have used them.
- Please do not wash dishes/utensils in the bathrooms/toilet. There is a designated sink on the side of each dome.
- The occupant must ensure that there is no wastage of water and electricity.
**Any cancellation/reschedule (due to flight reschedule, sickness, unexpected events, or medical conditions) or amendment of your booking MUST be done/made 10 days before your scheduled check-in date. Otherwise, no changes could be made, and all payments made are strictly non-refundable**
Enjoy yourself. Leave nothing but footprints. Take nothing but pictures.
